Structure and Principle
The fully automatic backwash filter mainly consists of a cylinder, a filter screen, an electric butterfly valve, a differential pressure switch, an electric sewage device, and a control system. When the filter is working normally, the electric butterfly valve (1) is in the open state, and the water flow enters the filter from the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and is filtered to the outlet. When the differential pressure switch reaches the set value, the control system automatically closes the electric butterfly valve (1) and opens the electric drain valve (2). The water flows through the first half of the filter screen, and some of the water flows into the system through the outlet. The remaining water flows from the outer side of the second half of the filter screen into the inner side and is discharged through the drain outlet, playing a role in reverse automatic flushing of the filter screen. The entire flushing process system can work normally without stopping the machine.
