In some water and oil supply pipeline systems in industrial and mining enterprises that cannot be stopped, it is customary to rely on pressure, temperature, or other instruments to reflect flow changes, and cannot directly monitor the dangerous flow inside the pipeline, resulting in equipment damage. The LLK series flow switches produced by our factory fill this gap by outputting alarm signals or interlocking control with related equipment when the flow rate exceeds or falls below a certain value. It can be applied to the cooling and lubrication systems of industrial machines such as generators, motors, compressors, rolling mills, and water pumps for monitoring and controlling fluid flow.
1、 Structural characteristics and working principle
The LLK-B-Z pointer flow switch consists of a switch body, a measuring baffle, a sensing magnetic rod, a sensor, a pointer display panel, etc. When the fluid passes through the flow switch in the direction of the arrow during work, the measuring baffle produces displacement, which drives the sensing magnetic rod to drive the sensing to close or open, thereby outputting or interrupting the current signal, achieving the purpose of alarm or interlocking with the control equipment. At the same time, the display panel is driven by the sensing probe to indicate the instantaneous flow scale on site.
